تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام العامة على جميع عروض الأسعار، العروض الفنية، أوامر الشراء المقبولة، الاتفاقيات والمشاريع التي تقدمها MICAPIC للعميل، ما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابيًا على خلاف ذلك.

وتشمل خدمات MICAPIC، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• الإنتاج الإعلامي.
• التصوير الفوتوغرافي.
• تصوير الفيديو.
• إنتاج الأفلام.
• التغطيات الإعلامية.
• التغطيات متعددة الكاميرات.
• البث المباشر.
• خدمات الصوت المرتبطة بالبث.
• المونتاج وما بعد الإنتاج.
• إنتاج المحتوى السريع أثناء الفعاليات.
• الفعاليات والمؤتمرات.
• الدعم الفني والإنتاجي.
• إدارة وتنسيق الموردين.
• دعم الوفود والزيارات الرسمية.
• الاتصالات المؤسسية والمحتوى.
• الخدمات اللوجستية المرتبطة بالمشروع.
• أي خدمات إضافية موضحة في عرض السعر.

في حال وجود تعارض بين عرض السعر وهذه الشروط، تكون الأولوية لما هو مكتوب صراحةً في عرض السعر الخاص بالمشروع.

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, technical proposals, accepted purchase orders, agreements and assignments provided by MICAPIC, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

MICAPIC services may include, without limitation:

• Media production.
• Photography.
• Videography.
• Film production.
• Media coverage.
• Multi-camera production.
• Live streaming.
• Broadcast audio services.
• Editing and post-production.
• Same-day and fast-turnaround content.
• Events and conferences.
• Technical and production support.
• Supplier and vendor coordination.
• Delegation and official visit support.
• Institutional communications.
• Project-related logistics.
• Any additional services specified in the quotation.

If there is a conflict between these General Terms and a specific quotation, the express terms of the specific quotation shall prevail.

These Terms are primarily intended for business-to-business professional engagements between MICAPIC and companies, institutions, embassies, ministries, authorities, organisations and other professional clients.

The person accepting the quotation confirms that they are authorised to bind the Client.

A booking becomes confirmed only when the required confirmation method specified by MICAPIC has been completed, which may include:

• Signed quotation.
• Written email approval.
• Purchase Order accepted by MICAPIC.
• Required advance payment.
• Separate signed agreement.

Discussions or provisional date holds do not constitute a confirmed booking.

MICAPIC is not obliged to reserve crew, equipment or third-party suppliers until the booking is confirmed.

إذا لم يتم تحديد مدة، تكون صلاحيته 14 يومًا تقويميًا من تاريخ إصداره.

A quotation remains valid for the period specified in the quotation.

If no validity period is stated, the quotation remains valid for 14 calendar days.

Pricing is based on information available when the quotation is issued and may be revised if there are changes to the venue, dates, duration, attendance, programme, equipment, crew, scope, venue requirements, taxes, supplier costs or travel requirements.

تلتزم MICAPIC بتنفيذ الخدمات والتسليمات المحددة في عرض السعر فقط.

أي خدمة أو مخرج أو يوم عمل أو معدات أو موظفين أو تعديل غير مذكور في العرض لا يعتبر مشمولًا تلقائيًا.

يجب عدم تفسير أمثلة الأعمال السابقة أو الاجتماعات أو المناقشات العامة على أنها التزام بتسليم خدمة ما لم تكن مدرجة في النطاق المعتمد.

MICAPIC shall provide only the services and deliverables expressly specified in the approved quotation.

Any service, deliverable, production day, equipment item, crew member or modification not included in the approved scope is not automatically included.

Previous examples, discussions or meetings shall not create additional deliverables unless expressly included in the approved scope.

أي تغيير بعد اعتماد المشروع قد يؤدي إلى تغيير السعر أو الجدول الزمني.

ويشمل ذلك:

• إضافة مخرجات جديدة.
• زيادة عدد الكاميرات.
• إضافة الكرين.
• زيادة عدد المصورين أو الفنيين.
• زيادة ساعات الحدث.
• تغيير موقع التصوير.
• تغيير تاريخ التنفيذ.
• تعديل البرنامج.
• إضافة بث مباشر.
• إضافة صوت.

• إعادة تنفيذ عناصر سبق اعتمادها.

يجوز اعتماد الأعمال الإضافية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل التواصل المعتمدة مع ممثل العميل المخول.

Changes requested after project confirmation may affect price and schedule.

Examples include additional deliverables, cameras, crane systems, crew, production hours, locations, dates, live streaming, broadcast audio, translation, editing, versions or rush deliveries.

Additional work may be authorised through written communication with the Client's authorised representative.

يجب على العميل تعيين شخص واحد على الأقل مخول بإعطاء التعليمات والموافقات.

تعتبر التعليمات الصادرة من هذا الشخص معتمدة من العميل.

The Client shall nominate at least one authorised representative to provide instructions and approvals.

Instructions from the authorised representative are deemed Client-approved.

Where conflicting instructions are received, MICAPIC may pause work until the Client clarifies the final instruction. Resulting delays shall not be treated as MICAPIC delays.

يلتزم العميل بتوفير المعلومات والمواد والموافقات اللازمة في الوقت المناسب، ومنها حسب المشروع:

• البرنامج النهائي.
• جدول المتحدثين.
• أسماء وصفات المتحدثين.
• الشعارات الصحيحة.
• العروض التقديمية.
• ملفات الفيديو.
• النصوص.
• تعليمات الهوية.
• تصاريح الموقع.
• بيانات التواصل مع القاعة.
• مواقع التحكم الفني.
• الإنترنت والطاقة إذا كانا من مسؤولية الموقع.
• تصاريح دخول الطاقم.
• مواقف وتحميل المعدات.
• التصاريح الأمنية.
• المعلومات المتعلقة بالتصوير أو الخصوصية.

أي تأخير من العميل قد يؤدي إلى تمديد الجدول الزمني أو إضافة رسوم.

The Client shall provide all necessary information, materials, approvals and access in a timely manner, including where applicable:

• Final programme.
• Speaker schedule.
• Speaker names and titles.
• Correct logos.
• Presentations.
• Video files.
• Scripts.
• Brand guidelines.
• Venue permits.
• Venue technical contacts.
• Technical control locations.
• Required internet and power.
• Crew accreditation.
• Loading and parking access.
• Security approvals.
• Filming and privacy information.

Client-caused delays may result in schedule extensions and/or additional charges.

جميع الأسعار لا تشمل VAT/BTW أو أي ضرائب أخرى ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يتم تطبيق VAT أو Reverse Charge أو أي معاملة ضريبية أخرى حسب القواعد الضريبية السارية وطبيعة العميل ومكان تقديم الخدمة.

All fees exclude VAT/BTW and other applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

VAT, reverse charge or other applicable tax treatment will be applied according to applicable tax rules, Client status and place of supply.

The applicable currency is stated in the quotation.

ما لم ينص عرض السعر على خلاف ذلك، يكون جدول الدفع القياسي للمشاريع الإنتاجية والفعاليات:

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, the standard payment schedule for event and production assignments is:

50% upon project confirmation.

50% no later than 7 calendar days before the first on-site production day.

MICAPIC may require 100% advance payment of third-party, travel, accommodation, equipment or external supplier costs.

Different payment schedules may apply to post-production or other assignments as specified in the quotation.

Third-party reservations are not guaranteed until required funds have been received.

• تعليق التسليمات.

If a payment becomes overdue, MICAPIC may:

• Suspend work.
• Withhold deliverables.
• Decline to commence production.
• Suspend usage rights.
• Suspend supplier bookings.
• Claim applicable statutory commercial interest and permitted recovery costs.

MICAPIC shall not be responsible for delays caused by late payment.

بسبب حجز الطاقم والمعدات والموردين مسبقًا، تطبق رسوم الإلغاء التالية على أتعاب MICAPIC ما لم ينص العرض على خلاف ذلك:

أكثر من 30 يومًا قبل التنفيذ: 25% من أتعاب الخدمات.

من 15 إلى 30 يومًا: 50%.

من 8 إلى 14 يومًا: 75%.

7 أيام أو أقل: 100%.

Because crew, equipment and suppliers are reserved in advance, the following cancellation fees apply to MICAPIC service fees unless otherwise stated:

More than 30 days before production: 25%.

15–30 days: 50%.

8–14 days: 75%.

7 days or less: 100%.

In addition, the Client remains responsible for 100% of non-refundable or committed third-party expenses incurred on its behalf.

تغيير تاريخ الحدث يعتبر تغييرًا جوهريًا للمشروع ويخضع لتوفر الطاقم والمعدات.

لا تضمن MICAPIC توفر نفس الفريق أو نفس الموردين في التاريخ الجديد.

يتحمل العميل جميع التكاليف غير القابلة للاسترداد الناتجة عن تغيير التاريخ.

إذا تم تغيير التاريخ خلال 14 يومًا من التنفيذ، يجوز لـMICAPIC التعامل مع التاريخ الأصلي كإلغاء وإصدار حجز جديد للتاريخ البديل.

A change of event date constitutes a material project change and is subject to crew, equipment and supplier availability.

MICAPIC does not guarantee availability of the same personnel or suppliers for a replacement date.

The Client shall bear non-refundable costs resulting from the postponement.

Where a date is changed within 14 days of production, MICAPIC may treat the original date as a cancellation and the new date as a new booking.

عدد ساعات يوم الإنتاج يكون حسب عرض السعر.

إذا لم يتم تحديده، يعتبر يوم الإنتاج الكامل حتى 10 ساعات متتالية في الموقع تشمل وقت التجهيز والتشغيل والاستراحات والفك.

أي وقت إضافي ناتج عن:

• تأخر البرنامج.
• تأخر المتحدثين.
• تأخر دخول القاعة.
• طلب العميل.
• تمديد الحدث.
• مشاكل الموقع غير التابعة لـMICAPIC.

يتم احتسابه كوقت إضافي.

ما لم يتم تحديد سعر آخر، يتم احتساب الوقت الإضافي بنسبة 1.5 من المعدل الساعي المكافئ، وقد يرتفع بعد ساعات العمل الطويلة أو الليلية.

Production-day duration shall be specified in the quotation.

If not specified, a full on-site production day means up to 10 consecutive hours including setup, operation, reasonable breaks and strike.

Additional time caused by programme delays, venue access, speakers, Client requests or event extensions is treated as overtime.

Unless otherwise agreed, overtime is charged at 1.5 times the equivalent hourly rate, with higher rates potentially applying to extended or overnight hours.

لأيام العمل الطويلة، يجب توفير فترات استراحة معقولة للطاقم بما لا يؤثر على استمرارية الحدث.

عند وجود الطاقم في الموقع لأكثر من 6 ساعات، يلتزم العميل أو الجهة المنظمة بتوفير وجبة مناسبة ومياه، أو يتم احتساب تكلفة معقولة للوجبات ضمن مصاريف المشروع.

Reasonable crew breaks shall be accommodated without compromising essential event coverage.

Where crew are on site for more than 6 hours, the Client or organiser shall provide suitable meals and water or reasonable meal costs may be charged to the project.

تكون تكاليف السفر والإقامة والتنقلات والحقائب والمعدات والتأشيرات والتصاريح حسب عرض السعر.

أي تغييرات يطلبها العميل بعد حجز السفر أو الفندق تكون على حساب العميل.

قد يتم احتساب Travel Day منفصل للطاقم عندما يتطلب المشروع السفر إلى مدينة أو دولة أخرى.

Travel, accommodation, transportation, luggage, equipment transport, visa and permit costs are handled as specified in the quotation.

Client-requested changes after travel or accommodation has been booked are charged to the Client.

A separate travel-day fee may apply where crew must travel to another city or country.

يجوز لـMICAPIC الاستعانة بمصورين، فنيين، شركات معدات، استوديوهات، شركات بث، شركات صوت وإضاءة، شركات نقل أو موردين متخصصين لتنفيذ أجزاء من المشروع.

تظل MICAPIC مسؤولة أمام العميل عن إدارة النطاق الذي تعاقدت عليه، مع مراعاة القيود المتعلقة بأفعال الأطراف الخارجية الخارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة.

يجوز أن تشمل أسعار MICAPIC رسوم إدارة وتنسيق ومخاطر وهامش تجاري.

ولا تلتزم MICAPIC بالكشف عن أسعار الشراء الصافية من مورديها إلا إذا تم الاتفاق على نموذج Open Book Pricing.

MICAPIC may engage photographers, camera operators, technicians, rental companies, studios, streaming suppliers, audio/lighting providers, transport companies and other specialised subcontractors.

MICAPIC remains responsible for managing its contracted scope, subject to limitations relating to third parties outside its reasonable control.

MICAPIC pricing may include management, coordination, risk and commercial margin.

Supplier net purchase prices are not required to be disclosed unless an Open Book Pricing model has expressly been agreed.

على العميل ضمان إمكانية دخول الطاقم والمعدات إلى الموقع في الوقت المتفق عليه.

أي رسوم يفرضها الموقع ولا تظهر صراحةً ضمن عرض MICAPIC تعتبر إضافية، ومنها:

• Venue technical fees.
• Rigging fees.
• Electricity.
• Internet.
• Security.
• Accreditation.
• Loading access.
• Parking.
• Union or mandatory venue labour.
• Equipment handling.
• Storage.

The Client shall ensure agreed access for crew and equipment.

Venue-imposed charges not expressly included in MICAPIC's quotation are additional, including technical fees, rigging, electricity, internet, security, accreditation, loading, parking, mandatory venue labour, equipment handling and storage.

تلتزم MICAPIC ببذل العناية المهنية المعقولة لتقديم بث مباشر مستقر وعالي الجودة حسب النطاق المتفق عليه.

ومع ذلك، يعتمد البث على عدة أنظمة خارجية، مثل:

• إنترنت القاعة.
• شركات الاتصالات.
• YouTube.
• Vimeo.
• LinkedIn.
• منصات العميل.
• مزودي Cloud.

MICAPIC shall use reasonable professional care to deliver a stable, high-quality livestream within the agreed scope.

Live streaming depends on external infrastructure including venue internet, telecom networks, third-party streaming platforms, cloud services, electricity and venue systems.

A completely interruption-free stream cannot be guaranteed.

Any redundancy, bonded connectivity, backup internet or secondary encoding must be expressly included in the quotation.

Redundancy reduces risk but does not constitute an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted transmission.

إذا كان عرض السعر يتضمن Broadcast Audio، تتولى MICAPIC مسؤولية معالجة ومراقبة الصوت من نقطة الربط المتفق عليها مع نظام الصوت في القاعة وحتى مخرج البث.

إذا لم يكن Broadcast Audio مدرجًا في العرض، يكون العميل أو مزود الـAV في القاعة مسؤولًا عن توفير Clean Audio Feed نهائي وصالح للبث.

ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، لا تعني مسؤولية MICAPIC عن Broadcast Audio أنها مسؤولة عن:

• PA داخل القاعة.
• ميكروفونات المسرح.
• سماعات الجمهور.
• نظام FOH.
• RF Coordination.

إلا إذا تم إدراج هذه الخدمات تحديدًا.

Where Broadcast Audio is included, MICAPIC is responsible for processing and monitoring the livestream audio from the agreed handoff point from the venue audio system through to the broadcast output.

Where Broadcast Audio is excluded, the Client or venue AV provider must provide a final clean audio feed suitable for streaming.

Unless expressly included, MICAPIC's Broadcast Audio responsibility does not automatically include the venue PA, stage microphone system, FOH system or RF coordination.

إذا لم يشمل عرض MICAPIC تشغيل الإضاءة، يكون مزود القاعة مسؤولًا عنها.

Where lighting operation is not included in the quotation, venue lighting remains the responsibility of the venue or appointed lighting provider.

MICAPIC may coordinate with lighting and stage personnel through available communication systems without assuming responsibility for those systems.

Crane, jib, cable camera and other specialist camera systems are included only where expressly specified.

The appropriate crane solution depends on venue dimensions, ceiling height, stage layout, audience layout, emergency routes, operating space, safety clearance, rigging, crane length, remote head and required operators.

Pricing may be revised following technical assessment.

Drone operations remain subject to applicable aviation law, airspace restrictions, permits, venue permissions, weather and safety.

MICAPIC does not guarantee a drone flight where operation becomes unlawful or unsafe.

Reasonable alternative coverage may be used where practical.

إذا تعذر العمل بسبب أمطار أو رياح أو حرارة أو ظروف خطرة، يتم الاتفاق على:

Outdoor production is subject to weather and safety conditions.

Where weather prevents safe production, the parties may agree to wait, modify the plan, move location or reschedule.

Costs already incurred and rebooking costs remain payable unless a weather contingency arrangement has been expressly included.

تستخدم MICAPIC معدات احترافية ويتم اختبار الأنظمة بشكل معقول قبل التنفيذ.

في حال حدوث عطل فني غير متوقع، ستتخذ MICAPIC إجراءات معقولة مثل:

• استخدام معدات احتياطية عند توفرها.
• استبدال الجهاز.
• تغيير مسار الإشارة.
• تعديل خطة التصوير.

لا يعتبر أي عطل بسيط لا يؤثر بشكل جوهري على المخرج النهائي إخلالًا بالعقد.

MICAPIC uses professional equipment and conducts reasonable pre-production testing.

In the event of an unexpected technical failure, MICAPIC will take reasonable mitigation steps such as using backup equipment, replacement equipment, alternate signal paths or adjusted production methods.

A minor technical issue that does not materially affect the agreed deliverable does not constitute a breach.

يعتمد التصوير والإخراج والمونتاج واختيار اللقطات والألوان والموسيقى والإيقاع على الحكم الإبداعي والمهني لفريق MICAPIC ضمن البريف المعتمد.

لا يعتبر اختلاف الذوق الشخصي وحده عيبًا فنيًا.

يحق للعميل طلب التعديلات ضمن عدد جولات المراجعة المتفق عليها.

Filming, directing, editing, shot selection, colour, music and pacing involve MICAPIC's professional and creative judgement within the approved brief.

A difference in subjective preference alone does not constitute a technical defect.

The Client may request changes within the agreed revision allowance.

ما لم ينص عرض السعر على خلاف ذلك، تشمل أعمال المونتاج جولتين من الملاحظات المعقولة لكل مخرج رئيسي.

يجب أن تكون الملاحظات:

• مجمعة.
• واضحة.
• مقدمة من ممثل العميل المعتمد.

لا تعتبر ضمن جولات التعديل المجانية:

Feedback must be clear, consolidated and supplied by the authorised Client representative.

Client delays automatically extend delivery schedules.

Intellectual property and copyright in original works created by MICAPIC or its production team remain reserved until all amounts due have been paid.

Upon full payment, the Client receives the usage rights specified in the quotation.

Unless an express copyright assignment is included, delivery does not automatically transfer all copyright or source/project files.

Following full payment, the Client may use final deliverables within the agreed usage scope, including where applicable websites, social media, media channels, presentations, events, campaigns and institutional archives.

Paid advertising, resale, sublicensing or other expanded uses may require additional approval or licensing, particularly where third-party licensed assets are involved.

After the Client has publicly released the work, MICAPIC may use publicly released final deliverables for its portfolio, website, social media, showreel, awards and business development.

This does not apply where confidentiality, an NDA, the quotation or a written Client restriction prevents such use.

Confidential or unreleased materials will not be published without appropriate permission.

The Client warrants that it owns or has obtained all necessary rights for logos, music, images, videos, presentations, fonts, trademarks, scripts and other third-party content supplied to MICAPIC.

The Client remains responsible for claims arising from Client-supplied materials lacking appropriate rights.

Streaming and social platforms may mute, block or restrict content where copyrighted music or media is detected.

MICAPIC is not responsible for platform enforcement caused by music or content played by the Client, venue, DJ or other party without appropriate streaming rights.

Where identifiable individuals are photographed, filmed or streamed, the Client as event organiser is responsible for ensuring that appropriate legal basis, notices and permissions exist for the intended capture and use, unless MICAPIC has expressly agreed to take responsibility for a specific part of this process.

This may include venue filming notices, privacy information, speaker permissions, participant permissions where required and arrangements for individuals who should not be filmed.

MICAPIC will reasonably cooperate with Client privacy instructions.

The parties shall handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, MICAPIC may act as a processor or as an independent controller for particular processing activities.

Where a separate Data Processing Agreement is legally or operationally required, it shall be agreed before the relevant processing begins.

Each party shall keep non-public project information confidential, including plans, budgets, guest information, unreleased programmes, institutional information, internal documents, credentials and unreleased media.

This obligation does not apply to information that lawfully becomes public or was already lawfully known by the receiving party.

For governmental, diplomatic or security-sensitive assignments, the Client must notify MICAPIC in advance of security protocols, restricted areas, confidentiality classifications, equipment restrictions, screening requirements, data-location requirements or media restrictions.

Requirements disclosed after project confirmation may affect pricing, schedule or feasibility.

Safety of crew, attendees and equipment takes priority.

MICAPIC and its crew may refuse or suspend work reasonably considered unsafe, unlawful, contrary to venue rules or presenting unacceptable risk.

Such refusal shall not constitute a breach.

MICAPIC remains responsible for its equipment during normal operation by its crew.

The Client may be responsible for loss or damage directly caused by Client personnel, guests or controlled parties through negligence, unauthorised use or interference with equipment.

Normal wear and technical failure are excluded.

Neither party shall be liable for failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, venue closure, natural disaster, unsafe weather, strikes, major transport disruption, widespread utility or network failures, epidemics, security restrictions, cancelled transport or sudden incapacity of essential personnel where no reasonable substitute is available.

The parties shall reasonably cooperate to reschedule or find alternatives.

Work already performed and non-refundable committed third-party costs remain payable.

MICAPIC will provide its services with reasonable professional skill and care but does not guarantee views, sales, reach, engagement, press coverage, commercial success, platform acceptance or other commercial outcomes unless a specific guaranteed KPI is expressly agreed.

If the Client believes a deliverable materially fails to conform to the agreed scope, the Client must notify MICAPIC in writing with reasonable details.

MICAPIC shall be given a reasonable opportunity to remedy a correctable issue before other remedies are pursued.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MICAPIC's liability is limited to proven direct loss resulting directly from MICAPIC's breach.

MICAPIC shall not be liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, indirect or consequential loss, reputational loss or failures caused by external platforms or suppliers outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, MICAPIC's aggregate liability for an assignment shall not exceed the MICAPIC fees paid for the affected assignment or affected part.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

The Client is responsible for claims directly resulting from Client-supplied materials lacking rights, unlawful Client instructions, missing Client-responsibility permissions or materially incorrect information supplied to MICAPIC.

MICAPIC will reasonably notify the Client of relevant claims.

• لم يتم الدفع.

MICAPIC may suspend work for non-payment, lack of required access, unsafe conditions, unlawful instructions or failure to provide essential information.

Where a breach can reasonably be cured, the affected party should normally be given a reasonable opportunity to cure it where circumstances permit.

Email, the project platform, Client portal, WhatsApp or another agreed project channel may be used for operational approvals and project changes.

Instructions from the authorised Client representative are binding within the project scope.

Client or governmental procurement terms do not automatically override these Terms merely by appearing in a Purchase Order or standard document unless expressly accepted by MICAPIC.

Any special institutional terms must be agreed before project confirmation.

The agreement consists of:

1. The relevant quotation or project agreement.

2. The approved technical scope.

3. These General Terms & Conditions.

4. Any written amendments accepted by both parties.

Together these documents supersede prior discussions relating to the same scope.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through negotiation.

If no resolution is reached, the competent courts of the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction, subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory jurisdiction rules.

For major governmental or international assignments, the parties may agree to a different dispute-resolution or arbitration mechanism in the project-specific agreement.

These Terms may be issued in Arabic and English.

In the event of inconsistency between bilingual versions, the English version shall prevail unless the quotation or agreement expressly states otherwise.

By signing or electronically accepting the quotation, or by issuing a Purchase Order accepted by MICAPIC, the Client confirms that it:

• Has received these Terms.
• Has had a reasonable opportunity to review them.
• Understands the project scope.
• Accepts the applicable contractual terms.
